At the heart of the mind-heart evolution ecosystem lies the MERITS framework for holistic wellbeing—a comprehensive map of applied awareness designed to help you live with greater balance, authenticity, and meaning.
“MERITS” represents six foundational domains of personal development: Mind (mental training), Engagements (daily habits), Relationships, Impact, Transcendence, and Somatics. Each domain offers a specific subset of skills, practices, and teachings to support you in cultivating presence across the full spectrum of an aligned inner and outer life. It is the psychoeducation of human flourishing.
It’s important to understand that this is not a rigid curriculum or pressurized checklist, but a living invitation into the inquiry of what it means to be human. What is going well right now, and how is it serving me?
What needs tending to?
