WORKSHOPS AND COURSES
6-Week Introduction to Personal Mindfulness
You don't need to already be calm to begin a mindfulness practice. You just need curiosity and the willingness to show up.
This six-week course offers both a grounded introduction and an expansive exploration of personal mindfulness — covering foundational practices, contemplative inquiry, and the relational dimensions of awareness that are so often left out of mainstream mindfulness programs. Whether you are just beginning or returning to deepen an existing practice, this course meets you where you are.
Available for individuals, small groups, and organizations. Reach out to arrange your cohort or to join the next open round.
Non-Violent Communication for Families
Most conflict in relationships isn't really about the thing we're arguing about. It's about unmet needs that haven't found words yet.
Non-Violent Communication — also called Compassionate Communication — is one of the most practical and transformative relational skills you can learn. Rooted in empathy and honest expression, it teaches us to speak and listen in ways that invite genuine connection rather than defensiveness. For families especially, these skills ripple outward in ways that are hard to overstate.
This four-week introduction is experiential and immediately applicable to real life — with your partner, your children, your colleagues, yourself.
Dates by arrangement. Available for families, couples, and small groups.
Private Workshops & Professional Development
If you are looking for something tailored — for your team, school, organization, or private group — I design and facilitate custom workshops and professional development series on a range of topics including:
Conscious leadership · Self-care for caregivers · Emotional intelligence · Mindfulness in the classroom and workplace · Developmental mindfulness · Relationship-based education · Introduction to NVC
These sessions are interactive, evidence-informed, and designed to leave participants with practices they can actually use.
CLASSES AND SANGHA
-

What is sangha?
In Buddhist tradition, sangha is one of the Three Jewels — the community of practitioners who walk the path together. Because so much of mindfulness is relational, having wise and compassionate company on the journey is not a luxury, it's foundational.
Sangha is where we remember we are not alone in this — in our confusion, our longing, our effort to live with more presence and care. We are waking up, together.

experience belonging & community
There is something that shifts when we practice alongside others — a quality of courage, steadiness, commitment, and warmth that is harder to find alone.
Experience the compassionate presence and support of others. Sangha reminds us that the path of awakening is not a solitary one.
“You are providing a safe space for me to confront my raw, honest self and expand my edge. I feel like I can master my own mind.”
