6-Week Introduction to Personal Mindfulness
For those seeking to begin, support, or deepen their development of a personal mindfulness practice, this program offers both a broad overview and expansive contemplative practices. With built-in relational practices and activities, the course can be run for small and large groups alike, as well as for individuals, by request.

Non-Violent Communication for Families
Non-Violent Communication (Compassionate Communication) is a way of connecting from our core, common humanity. We practice expressing and listening to feelings and needs in a way that can be received non-defensively by others. It is a relational practice of mindfulness in action, and has unbelievable potential to change our lives and relationships.
