Non-Violent Communication for Families

Non-Violent Communication (Compassionate Communication) is a way of connecting from our core, common humanity. We practice expressing and listening to feelings and needs in a way that can be received non-defensively by others. It is a relational practice of mindfulness in action, and certainly has the capacity to change our lives and relationships.

Additional weekly drop-in classes will be listed here. Depending on the season and based on my travel schedule, classes may be offered in-person or online and rotate through weekly themes of applied mindfulness such as body awareness, Non-Violent Communication, self-compassion, healthy relationships, mindfulness in daily life, and more.
