Hi, I’m Katie, founder of mind-heart evolution and international educator for nearly 15 years.

I am passionate about cultivating a more connected and compassionate world, and I’m here to support you in transforming not just your daily life, but the way you experience life itself.

My work draws on a Master's in Educational Psychology, certification as a trauma-informed Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, and ongoing training in counselling and mindfulness-based psychotherapy — woven together with over two decades of personal Buddhist study and practice.

But beneath all of that, what has driven me since childhood are questions you might be carrying, too:

Two signature frameworks structure this work: the MERITS model — a holistic map of wellbeing — and the mind-heart integration process, for practitioners ready to go deeper.
