Mindfulness has the capacity to be life-changing. But unlike many of the products, programs, hacks, and quick fixes being sold to you, it works deeply and slowly… from the inside, out.

Together, we do a quieter and more subtle kind of work. Whether you are a long time practitioner wanting to make your practice truly integrated into everyday life, or a complete beginner curious about mindfulness, our 1-1 coaching sessions will meet you as you are, today, to walk the path of developing these lifelong superpowers.

Offered within 8 or 12 week containers, or up to three single sessions, we build a living, personalized mindfulness practice that fits you*. Your life, your nervous system, your patterns, your relationships, your heart and aspirations. Through guided meditation, somatic awareness, and gentle reflective inquiry, we slow down enough to hear what has been trying to speak beneath the noise.

(*for advanced practitioners on the Buddhist-oriented path of mindfulness and meditation, we may practice relaxing the “you” altogether!)

Each session follows an approximate natural rhythm, tailored to you: arrival and grounding, clarifying what's most alive right now, guided inquiry into body awareness, patterns, and emotional textures, a formal mindfulness meditation practice, and integration.

Between sessions, the work continues in your daily life.

Self-compassion is not softness. It is the ground from which real and lasting change becomes possible.

  • Rooted in the timeless insights of Buddhist psychology and philosophy, we explore what human beings across centuries have humbly understood about the nature of mind, suffering, and the path toward genuine happiness.

Applied mindfulness coaching is deeply transformative work — and it is not a replacement for psychotherapy or clinical treatment. I don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions — I'm here to help you listen more deeply and clearly to yourself.
