We will be doing a quieter and more subtle kind of work, something that spreads deep and lasts much longer. It is heart-work, and it is rewiring the mind.
Over 8 or 12 weeks, we build a mindfulness practice that fits the texture of your individual life: your nervous system, your patterns, your true longings. Through guided meditation, somatic awareness, and gentle reflective inquiry, we slow down enough to hear what has been trying to speak beneath the noise.

Each session together follows a natural flow: arrival and grounding, clarifying what's most alive, guided inquiry into patterns and body signals, a tailored mindfulness practice, and integration before you go.
Between sessions, the work continues gently in your daily life.
